SALVATION FOR YOU TODAY

Let not your Heart be troubled – there is a way out

This Book reveals last days Scriptures pertaining to the end times and therefore can be distressing.  The “NOW” i.e 20th and 21 Century end days up until 2022 and hopefully a little beyond but, also explaining what happened thousands of years ago and verse two and three of Genesis chapter 1 which has remained unexplained and generally unknown until recently.

The “Not Yet” we can not foresee and therefore some of the technology/information and events may change or be revealed in more detail than it has been leading up to 2022, which will only confirm the greater truth of the Bible and that is that it was and is inspired by the Holy Spirit for the “Past, Present (today year of our Lord Jesus – 2022) and Future (the not yet)”.

Due to the last days material and facts – thoughts and opinions expressed in this book are to give you hope. The hope has been

stated at the beginning of the book, in order for you to know that there is ONE who saves and is able to SAVE and His name is

Jesus and He died and rose again so that you may have Life Eternal and abundantly. Unless noted the NIV Bible of 1984[1] is used. We acknowledge and thank Zondervan the worlds Bible publisher.[2]

Acts 4.12

12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”

Matthew 24.3-8

3 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you.

5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.

6 You will hear of wars and rumours of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.

7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.

8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.

John 3 – Jesus says how to get saved.

John 3.3-8

3 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council.

2 He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him.”

3 In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.”

4 “How can a man be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!”

5 Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.

6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.

7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’

8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

Let me explain. Everyone who received the Holy Ghost in the past (since the day of Pentecost and until Jesus returns) the person is by The Holy Spirit enabled to speak in tongues. That is where the wind blows you hear the sound of it as the scripture says, where the Holy Spirit is accepted by a person into that person’s life, they as evidence of that acceptance, are enabled with the sign and gift of the Holy Spirit, to speak in the Holy Spirit – Speaking in Tongues. No speaking in Tongues means you have not received the Holy Spirit or Holy Faith as Jude 20 says.

John 4.23-24 – Jesus states how God wants to be worshipped:

23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.

24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.”

Let me explain – God the Father actively wants you and everyone to worship Him in God the Holy Spirit – speaking in tongues which He gives you when you accept Jesus the Son and God the Holy Spirit into your life, for these are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.

Acts 1.4-8

Jesus says wait to be baptised or immersed in the Holy Spirit

4 On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about.

5 For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”

6 So when they met together, they asked him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?”

7 He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority.

8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Then we see the very first pouring out of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost, just as Jesus had prophesied in John 3.

Acts 2.1-4

120 people initially then 3000 on this day speak in tongues as they are enabled by the Holy Spirit

1 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.

2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.

3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.

4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

Then we see that the Holy Spirit was poured out on non-Jewish people.

Acts 10.44-48 – Holy Spirit poured out on the gentiles

44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message.

45 The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on the Gentiles.

46 For they heard them speaking in tongues and praising God.

47 Then Peter said, “Can anyone keep these people from being baptized with water? They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have.”

48 So he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days.

How do we know they received the Holy Spirit back then and today? Verse 46 “For they heard them speaking in tongues and praising God.” There is NO other way to receive the Holy Spirit and NO other evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit except to hear someone speak in tongues.

Acts 11.16 – Immersed in the Holy Spirit

16 Then I remembered what the Lord had said: ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’

Jude 20-21

Praying – building or immersing yourself in the Holy Spirit

20 But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit.

21 Keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.

To be clear then to be saved the way Jesus said is best in chapter 3 in the Book of John, You must Repent of your separation from God, be Baptized by being fully immersed in water and be Baptised, fully immersed in the Holy Spirit. You will hear the Holy Spirit when you speak in tongues in prayer to God and as John 4.24 says – this is the way God the Father desires and wants you to worship Him.

In summary to be saved the way Jesus said you must do the following:

  1. Repent
  2. Be Baptised by full immersion
  3. Be baptised by the Holy Spirit – voice evidence (speaking in Tongues) of this baptism
  4. To stay saved pray without ceasing, praying in the Holy Spirit – Speaking in tongues. Follow Him and you will receive the gift of Eternal Life.
